I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful with a sea view, making it feel like a home away from home. The service was exceptional, the staff were so welcoming and professional. The location was ideal for exploring Shanklin and the beach. The dining experience was average, with a decent breakfast selection. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
